ProcessMAP has opened its second innovation center in Bhubaneswar, India. This giant step allowed ProcessMAP to start a 24X7 Customer support process to support its clients around the world. Formed BI & Analytics team to develop insightful dashboard reports in all its products to meet the growing demand from the industry.

Business Expansion

ProcessMAP has expanded its operations to other countries in the APAC region. ProcessMAP unveils version 12 of its product, one of the most advanced platform upgrades, customers have received to-date.

First Indian Customer

Expanded datacenter operations to India in order to better support customers in the APAC region. ProcessMAP has signed long term contracts with global companies such as Wipro, BPCL and Coca-Cola. ProcessMAP revamped internal processes for manufacturing. As part of this change, ProcessMAP has also launched the ProcessMAP Application Lifecycle Management (PALMS).

A Decade of Success

ProcessMAP completes 10 years and positions itself as the largest cloud platform in the EHSQ market in India. ProcessMAP Hyderabad office has been shifted to a state-of-the-art development center located at Hitech City. ProcessMAP adds mobile functionality to its ESHQ platform.

Analytical Solution Integration

ProcessMAP partners with IBM Cognos, a leading provider of business intelligence solutions. Through this partnership, customers receive actionable insights and are able to connect safety data to minimize corporate risk. ProcessMAP received the STPI award for its innovation unit.

Native Mobile Apps

ProcessMAP India has been incorporated and business transferred from InfoTech to ProcessMAP India. ProcessMAP expands its partner ecosystem and releases the Mobile Pro App. With both additions, ProcessMAP’s software platform is complemented with best-in-class EHSQ consulting and services, integration with state-of-the-art regulatory, audit, and training content.

ProcessMAP for SMEs

ProcessMAP adds Edge, an EHSQ software suite for growing businesses. Bhubaneswar Innovation Center moved to a state-of-the-art location covering a sprawling 18,000 Sq Ft area.

Next-Generation Applications

To support the growing demand from our customers for diverse business functionalities, ProcessMAP has developed an easy-to-use tool for its customers to create and publish their own EHSQ apps for their ad-hoc business requirements. An exclusive training center is launched for APAC customers.

Automated Intelligence

ProcessMAP unveils its Smart Agents in ProcessMAP user conference for customers. Adopted agile implementation methodology for the deployment of its products.

Solutions for Front-Line Workforce

ProcessMAP unveils over 100 mobile apps, extending the reach of ProcessMAP solutions to the front line workforce. Our state-of-the-art innovation centers are now ISO 27001 certified. Facelift 2.0 is released to ease the user experience while using ProcessMAP solutions.
