During the planning phase, the scope is identified, prioritized, and an initial iteration is configured as per initial requirements and scope.
During this phase, the requirements are prioritized, relevant artifacts are gathered, and the initial system is designed as per the requirements. All deliverables are identified and listed and stored in the project backlog. This process along with a highly configurable platform serves as the foundation and fuel to execute the project with agility. Each deliverable in the backlog is ready to be pulled into any sprint along the brief implementation journey.
In this phase, sprint planning facilitates the selection of the most important features to deliver within a short period. A group of deliverables is pulled from the backlog and placed into a sprint. With each sprint comes a working piece of the application that is to be tested to ensure alignment with requirements. Once all deliverables are completed from the backlog, 100% of configuration is completed. A workshop unites all team members for a series of daily meetings to complete system configurations that deserve more personal and direct interaction
Upon the completion of all configurations and testing, the application is ready for rollout. System Training includes Super User training, end user training plans, and a multitude of resources including videos and self-guided tools embedded in the application.
