Responsibilities & Background:
As VP of Product Management, Sreedhar the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Assist in defining, Managing the product roadmap to align with the solution suite strategy. Lead cross-functional teams to drive product capabilities. Works closely with the engineer team to manage the roadmap commitments and version releases. Maintain the Product Backlog from different sources like existing customer requests, New Implementation Needs, Technology upgradation, etc. Work closely with the implementation services on product implementations for strategic customers. Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise.
Prior to VP of Product Management, Sreedhar served in different roles at ProcessMAP, including Head Product Development and Technical Lead for Key Products.
