Responsibilities & Background:
As VP of Customer Success, Biswakalyan is responsible to lead and manage the ProcessMAP team delivering new implementation projects, post-production support, and customer relationship management for global customers. He provides thought leadership for various strategies towards process optimization, operational excellence, product adoption, and overall customer satisfaction. As part of his responsibilities, he drives the establishment of key processes, methodologies and various governance mechanisms related to customer projects and activities. He has been with ProcessMAP for the last 5 years.
Prior to ProcessMAP, he has served many leading IT companies in management roles e.g. HCL, HP, Wipro. He has worked in various IT projects in Banking, Capital Market domains.
