In the Current role, Ashish is responsible for overall India operations. His core role is to provide a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the other functions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity at work. Additionally, he also leads the Business Development activities for India & APAC. Drives change and growth and oversee all aspects of the market activities – from a business, operational, control and people management perspective. Executes annual business plans and forecasts and achieves budgetary and business targets for India operations. He further Manages the overall country operations, ensuring profitability and sustainable business ventures with clients. He is Adept using various leadership skills, especially managing leaders by influence, building agreement by consensus, getting all leaders to align with a standard set of goals, creating impact without using a hierarchy. Highly Capable of and mentoring or coaching when required. Needless to say, he excels in interpersonal skills.
