Education:

Bachelors in Electronics and Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) from Osmania University, India; Post Graduate Diploma in Planning and Project Management from University of Hyderabad, India

Responsibilities & Background:

As Vice President of Customer Analytics, Anoop leads the ProcessMAP’s Customer Analytics team to deliver accelerated Customer & Business Outcomes by developing Models, Analytics Solutions and Compelling Visualizations for Internal and External Stakeholders. He also provides thought leadership regarding Customer Adoption, Customer Demographics, Customer Trends, Customer Insights & eBooks to Leadership, Customer Success, Sales & Marketing and Product Management Teams respectively.

 

Prior to his role as VP of Customer Analytics, Anoop served in several management roles in ProcessMAP. Before joining ProcessMAP, Anoop held technology management positions in Prithvi Information Solutions, an IT Consulting and Engineering Solutions Company.
